Application Form

Your application is the first thing we see of you, and thus you need to make a good example. This is done by following our layout. You can add more to the layout if you with but we MUST see the key areas that we ask of you. If you do not tell us about the areas with we need to know about, then your application will be deleted and an email will be sent to you stating how you should apply and where you have went wrong, after that your free to try again. We all do make mistakes and thats fine . If you have looked around and seen that this is the guild for you, apply today to get a spot in our guild! dont wait! go!

When you give us an Email -- we will email you back with the stats of your application :

• Pending: this will be used when we have got your applicaion and are looking over it (this may take up to a week for us to get back to you, just hold on) and if you dont get any word back within 3 days then please email us again.
  
• Accepted!: When you see this as a topic, this means you are accepted. We will email back with reasons why you were picked, a short personnal about how we feel about you and what you should aim to improve to stay in the guild or Failed to show you didnt make it into the guild. We will email you back saying why you didnt make it into the guild and also a list of aims you should try and improve before trying out for unleashed again. There is still join you could join later on!

Remember that Unleashed is a hardcore guild on the EU Core Server 'Karak Eight Peaks'.
Also go and read our rules and requirement once again before applying.
If your not a player in 'Karak Eight Peaks' and do not meet our requirements then Unleashed is not the guild for you.

You may add more to your application, but you MUST talk about the following points!

1. Character Information - Race, class, name and current level.
   
   
2. Playing Hours - The amount of hours per week you spend on (any game) and will this change for WAR?
   
   
3. Past Gaming Experience (Please note that we may ask questions about said game to check credibility, and also add details about your experience in PvP/RvR and PvE)
   
   
4. Past Guilds and if you have held any place of power in a Guild (any proof of this will greatly help)
   
   
5. How you will help Unleashed, both outside and inside guild. I.e. Website help, helping players outside Unleashed etc.
   
   
6. Reasons for joining Unleashed
   
   
7. How do you feel about WAR and how long you plan on playing it?
   
   
8. Access to Ventrilo and a mic?
   
   
9. A personal statement - tell us about yourself (Note that this is a very important part of your application)
   
   
10. Computer specs and Internet connection
