Marauder Application

Hallo thar!

1. Character Information - Race, Class
Hmm well after a lot of jumping back and forth I decided to stick with a Chaos Marauder

2. Playing Hours - The amount of hours per week you spend on (any game) and will this change for WAR?
At the moment it's 40+ hours and it'll probably go up a few hours with WAR.

3. Past Gaming Experience
I play just about any genre of game but I enjoy stuff that has multiplayer, really enjoying ssbb and mgo atm.
As for MMOs.. it's only really been wow, before that I wasn't really into the genre but I have been with wow for what.. 3 years now and as time has gone my main guild has become smaller and smaller so the social aspect isn't very apparent (since solo is boring, if there isn't much social I don't enjoy playing). Anyways, about wow, my exp goes from raiding ubrs back in the old days of raiding to Illidan (the point at which my mains guild has reached at present in progression) and Brutallus (my brother's guild which I raid with sometimes). I've generally been a back line player being a priest and warlock so melee looks like it's next, hence the marauder.

4. Past Guilds and if you have held any place of power in a Guild
Hum, well in one guild I've held the position of class leader and in the second I've been just a regular member. So I haven't had much "power" but a small amount of influence hehe

5. How you will help Unleashed, both outside and inside guild.
I have crap loads of spare time and as such I'll spend a lot of time trolling the forum. Due to my past and present time spent as a healer I've really come to enjoy helping others out if they require a hand, always nice to get a "thank you" from a stranger or a friend. Healing someone getting ganked then beating the stuffing out of the ganker is always a crowd pleaser

6. Reasons for joining Unleashed
As stated, I really don't enjoy playing alone when there is the potential to be playing with others, and this looks like a great place to do that. My wow guilds are between casual and hardcore but leaning more towards casual, I wanna be a part of the other end of the scale and really get to enjoy WAR as it is meant to be.

7. How long you plan on playing WAR
As long as it's around I guess

8. Access to Ventrilo and a mic?
If vent is a must, then I shall get it! Oh and of course I have a mic!

9. A personal statement - tell us about yourself
Well, I'm 24 and living in south-east England with my wife and daughter and I get to play housewife haha, my wife is a real career woman meaning I don't have to work muhahah (it hasn't always been that way, I have done my share of work! A small share, but I've done it!). I used to be a part of Warhammer TT, both fantasy and 40k, but I faded out of that when our daughter was born (chaos for fantasy and necrons for 40k, gief Nurgle for WAR!). I also enjoy a good book, my favourites would have to be Philip Pullman's "His dark materials", love that trilogy and the movie didn't do the first book justice! Also really into Terry Pratchett and his Discworld books, as you can see I'm into mostly fantasy .

10. Have you pre-ordered the WAR CE and will you be playing in the 'Open Beta' with us?
/cry Damn play! Didn't manage to get my pre-order in in time :< Ah wells I'll definitely have a copy for launch day!

11. Computer specs and Internet connection
Let's see if I can remember this (dxdiag is cheating! Gotta at least know what is in your own machine!)
-AMD dual core
-3gb of ram
-GeForce 8800 gts
Internet is 20mb fiber optic
